24th Feb. 2013- Annual Day at the Special (Remand) Homes for Boys and Women, Gaighat, Patna. Mr Justice S.N Jha, Chairman, Human Rights Commission, was the Chief Guest and Mr. Santosh Matthew, Principal Secretary, Social Welfare, Bihar, was a Special Guest. The inmates gaves a good account of how they spend their time each day, under the guidance and supervision of ICWA personnel- Prayer, Physical Training, Tidying the Premises, Literacy, Vocational Training,Personality Development. The certificates for Vocational Training were presented by Mrs Pramila Jha. These certificates will help the inmates get jobs and start a new life when they leave the Home. |
